After shopping around at many Volvo dealers, I decided to do business with Ramsey Volvo. My experience with my salesman, Gary Parker, was excellent. I dealt with numerous salespeople at many dealers, som do business with Ramsey Volvo. My experience with my salesman, Gary Parker, was excellent. I dealt with numerous salespeople at many dealers, some used high pressured methods, others were not particularly forthcoming with information or in answering my questions. Gary was the exception to this as he was extremely patient and honest in imparting information to me. He spent much time with me both on the phone and in person, answering all my questions, addressing my concerns and giving me helpful advice regarding leasing vs. buying. Other dealers made every attempt at getting me to either buy/lease a leftover 2012 model or one of the 2013 models in their inventory. Gary advised me what their inventory was but understood that I wanted very specific options in my car. After my order was placed, Gary kept me up to date as to its travels from Sweden. Of course, in addition to the above, Ramsey Volvo was able to offer me the best price. When I picked up my car today, Gary spent a great deal of time showing me how features worked, helped me set up the radio, navigation, etc. I drove off from Ramsey Volvo today a very happy customer. I went in looking to just test drive a few cars, and see what I wanted to do, and within a week, I could go back and purchase the vehicle I wanted. The dealership was the furthest for us, being a 49 mile dr what I wanted to do, and within a week, I could go back and purchase the vehicle I wanted. The dealership was the furthest for us, being a 49 mile drive, but they had the prices and low mileage that I wanted. I test drove the car I really loved, and fell in love. Stan was extremely helpful, running back and forth to get each car's key that I wanted to look at, and was patient. The car has excellent mileage, a service and maintenance warranty, a great interview, and is exactly what I wanted when I was younger. Stan also gave us the price we wanted, and a great finance rate. After I had left, I also noticed my manual was not in the glove box, so Stan stated he would order one for me. My boyfriend, brother, and I, were all treated with respect and as serious customers, and not like a bunch of "young-ins". I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
