We pulled your service history and found that you were here only twice for a battery issue - once in April of 2020 when you purchased a new battery and again in Nov. 2020 which was a warranty fix. I just spoke with a James . He wasnt hearing me. At first didnt know who I was. My car wasnt there etc etc.......Ive had nothing but problems with the car. Im on battery number 3. Its not the battery as I previously stated . Ive jumped the car myself many times. I asked if it was electrical. I asked about recalls. The car sounds like its on at times after its off. Ive read something about coils and other stuff online. Have had lights blinking in the car in the past. James was still talking about the battery.

My car was mis diagnosed and my transmission was changed unnecessarily when the axels were the problem all along. My car was returned worst than when it got dropped off!! More
