I am not totally pleased with the recent service. Everyone is very nice and willing to assist, however, the work that I requested was not thoroughly addressed. I am still having issues with a trunk Everyone is very nice and willing to assist, however, the work that I requested was not thoroughly addressed. I am still having issues with a trunk hatch that opens on its own and poor lighting in the car interior. I must travel nearly 70 miles for service and I left the car for a total of eight hours.
