Friendly people, nice environment, no pressure we have recently purchased a 2015 Forester and we had an overall good experience with the dealership. He was also attentive AFTER we purchased the car when I reached out to him for some help with functionality when I brought my Subaru for a protective coating application. If Kurt could not help me himself her always found someone who could. We have had 4 visits to Ramsey so far and we never felt neglected. One time there was a long wait (it was the last day of a deep price discount special). We had to wait for an hour but Kurt or his colleagues kept checking in with us and apologizing for the wait. My limited experience with the service department was good as well. In general, everyone at the dealership seemed friendly and eager to help. Oh yes and their espresso maker is great too:) More

Could benefit from improvement I walked in and was ignored for 15 minutes by all people. I don't know why I stayed but I waited about a half hour without even a "hello," for Asher to be introduced to me. Asher introduced himself and was very polite and friendly, which was a nice change of pace at this point. My concern is that he needs more confidence, or knowledge. I believe it is the confidence he is lacking. He said "I don't know," And "let me check with my manager," more than necessary. I would've respected a more assertive version of Asher during the negotiation process. Also, when I was waiting for the car and the plates he was very unsure of what was happening. I still liked him. Cory did my finances and he was great. He had the sense of humor and confidence that I think Asher stifled. I haven't dealt much with the service department but they detailed the new car beautifully and put a protectant on the interior for me in about a half hour. I like the dealership but they could use a little improvement. More

Usually when ordering anything that requires a wait time you are stuck calling and calling multiple people or going through the elevator music until you fall asleep holding your phone but not with Alex. Alex ,he kept me updated with Emails and phone calls which assured me that I was dealing with someone that really cared about his customers.He answered all my questions in detail.
