I visited Ramsey, and was assigned Kurt as my salesman by Robert Wood, the internet sales manager who I called on their listing of a "hard to find in stock", 6 cylinder Outback in a new 2015 model color that I had never seen yet at any other dealer through mid Oct., 2014. After seeing this 2015 color Outback in person Kurt understood immediately that I preferred another exterior color, due to their's being too bright for my taste. So Kurt suggested that I order one custom built in my available INT./EXT. color choice combination, along with the options that would best suit my needs only, just as the NY and CT. dealers I had earlier visited did. He and his manager never asked me first for the prices that were given to me by those dealers for this exact custom built featured options 2015 Outback, nor on their values of my two trade-ins that I was using towards my purchase to get me down to owning just one vehicle. The difference I saved in total buying at Ramsey Subaru versus those lowest to highest NY and CT dealers netted me between $4,000.00 to $6,000.00 of savings overall. This included Ramsey's higher trade-ins values given that saved me additionally on the sales tax amount here. But that was not all. Since I still needed a vehicle to get around, Ramsey also allowed me to keep both of my trade-ins to use without losing any of their trade-in values while my new Outback was being built (provided of course that there would not be any accidents with them during that time)!!! The other Subaru dealers all said that my trade-ins' values would be reappraised lower for both the extra mileage driven, and "their 2 to 3 months extra age" when the new Outback would come in!!! Both Kurt and Ramsey Subaru were 100% sincere and trustworthy throughout from day one, leading me to wonder why I wasted my time first visiting my local NY (where I reside) and CT.(where I frequent a lot) Subaru dealers. In addition, back in the late 1990's, I had purchased a used Nissan vehicle from "RAMSEY'S" Nissan dealership located just down the road, and had received equally great treatment at that time. So why did I ever go back in between my 2 Ramsey purchases to buy elsewhere??? I learned my lesson now, and hope that whoever reads this review will do as well by purchasing a Subaru vehicle through Kurt Schoenig at Ramsey Subaru, or a vehicle at one of Ramsey's other dealerships if Ramsey Subaru doesn't have the vehicle (or make) you want there. More

2015 Forester Recently placed an order for a 2015 Forester XT Premium. Met with Clayton and got things rolling with my order and deposit. A couple weeks later had an unforseen plumbing/.heating issue that set me back quite a bit financially, (new home owner). I went over some numbers and honestly struggled with whether or not to go through with the deal. In the end I had to do the responsible thing and seek a refund. Clayton explained the policy concerning such things when I placed my order and I was ready to eat the deal. To my surprise though, Clayton and sales manager Brian actually worked with me in getting me my deposit back. They certainly were not obligated to do this and had every right to follow through with deal. Communication concerning this was prompt and courteous I might add. I really cant say enough about these guys and ramsey subaru. They treated me like a human being not just someone buying a car. thanx again........... More
