Great Service I had been looking at a particular vehicle on their website for a week or two before I had gotten the money together. I called them up on valentine's I had been looking at a particular vehicle on their website for a week or two before I had gotten the money together. I called them up on valentine's day and Kurt was able to get me a test drive that night. I gave them all my information and three days later, working around my schedule and their's, I was able to speak to Cory the financial guy and even though I don't have the greatest credit I walked out with reasonable payments. I'm extremely happy with the entire experience with Ramsey Subaru and should anyone I know need a new car they will be the first place I will suggest. More

The sales rep, Michael, was very friendly and put together numbers for both a lease and finance so we could weigh all our options, he was friendly and cooperative even though it was late at night. We loved the car and wanted to take it home right away but the finance dept was very busy and one man short. Michael told us that we would have to go back for the car in a couple of days. We loved to WRX so much that we were willing to do so but we were not happy with the idea. Michael understood our position and arranged for us to be able to take the car home that same day! We were thrilled! Its been more than a week now with my Rex and I am loving it. More

However, due to their limited inventory I visited Ramsey Subaru, where I was introduced to Chris. He was so friendly and took care of everything so well that I was driving home with a new 2015 Imprezza in a couple of hours. A few days after I purchased, we had several inches of snow that I had waited to test the vehicle. The performance was much better than I expected. Now I am glad to be one of the Subarists. More

I was anxious and worried about pricing, test-driving, etc. But Chris made the process so much easier with his easy-going personality and knowledge in his field. I never felt pressured or rushed, at all. He was extremely professional, friendly, quick to respond to all of my inquiries, whether via email or phone, and very thorough. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes the same ones more than once, and he was extremely patient with me and helped me make sure I was making the right decisions for myself. I also interacted with Greg, who had just started working there not too long before, and that was a very pleasant experience as well. These guys definitely know their stuff, and how to interact with customers without making them feel like they're just there to make money. I love my Subie so far and can't wait to really break it in! Hopefully it lasts for a very, very long time... but I would definitely recommend Ramsey Subaru, and these guys, and I would absolutely return in the future! More
