I am not usually one to write reviews but based on the experience I had with my salesman Michael Pandolfelli, I felt compelled to do so. Let me start by saying I have purchased cars in the past from other dealers as well as online via eBay and not once have I received the type of service that Michael provided. I felt very comfortable with Michael, he did not pressure me to make any decisions or use any of the sales tactics that left a sour taste in my mouth at other dealerships in the past. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and helped me to find the best vehicle for my budget and made the whole transaction a breeze. He was in constant contact with me during the entire process and was more than happy to answer any of my numerous questions. We drove over 60+ miles to the dealership on a Monday morning to meet with Alex to discuss putting a down payment on the next vehicle that became available. When we arrived at the dealership he informed us that one had been delivered over the weekend and was available. He provided us with a true upfront price with no hidden costs. The deal was done in a half hour and the car was delivered as promised in 2 days. Such a pleasure doing business with this establishment and Alex. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru.
