Awesome service and state of the art service center. Going to service my vehicle has never been such a great experience . You drive into the garage and are received by friendly workers. You check in with the service advisor and you tell them what service is needed, and then you go into a clean comfortable customer service area ( I called the great lounge ) with two huge flat screen T.V.s. You have snacks, coffee, water bottles, and wi-fi to make your wait easier. Even has a closed kids area for them to play, and not disturb the other customers while waiting. Overall experience is great, I feel like I'm at one of those luxury dealers, but without the price tag that comes with those vehicles. It is very nice to see that Ramsey Subaru puts a big effort into making their customers feel like VIPs. Thanks ! More

Terrible experience My daughter went to test drive a preowned vehicle that was advertised on line. The dealer advertises no haggle pricing, which is true. However they throw several other fees on top of the price. She was ready to buy the car but the dealer would not wave one of the fees. The sales person told her that he had wasted his time with her since she wouldn't buy the car and their policy is not to wave the fee. A customer and a sales person can agree to disagree about a fee or a price, but it's completely unprofessional and rude for any salesperson to tell a customer they wasted his or her time because they didn't get the sale. More

Loving the Subaru experience I loved the service I received from Ramsey Subaru. They verified my concern, offered me a loaner vehicle (which I kindly declined because I didn't nee I loved the service I received from Ramsey Subaru. They verified my concern, offered me a loaner vehicle (which I kindly declined because I didn't need one), they didn't have the part in stock...so they ordered it and when it came in; I was sent an email to let me know it was in. The part was put in and they cleaned the oil residue and had my engine looking like new again. Ps: oh and the hand car wash my car received had it looking like something straight off the showroom floor lol. Would recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone I know. Great job!!! More

The waiting room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The complimentary car wash was a nice service as it's a way to help me keep my car clean without doing it myself as often. It was also nice that when you bring the car in for service, you drive into the service port and everything is covered so no chance of getting rained upon. They also called me to verify my appointment both on the day that I made the appointment and on the day of the appointment. It was nice to know that the service department keeps me as a customer updated with reminders and status updates on the car. More

I decided at that point that I was going to use the Ramsey Subaru Service Department to service my new car, rather than go somewhere else. Every time I go for service, whether it is an oil change or something else, everyone is professional, friendly, welcoming, and they do a great job. If the wait is going to be long, they offer a loaner. It is easy to schedule appointments, they have a beautiful new wait area, they explain thoroughly and answer all questions. I couldn't be happier with my car, the dealership and the service department. More
