I was pleasantly surprised as they promptly took my car in a mom This was the first time I used the new Ramsey Subaru location for a car maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised as they promptly took my car in a moment I arrived and started the maintenance work. I was going to get a loner for the day, but they told me it would only take about 1-1/2 hours if I wanted to wait. My First Service on my 2015 Subaru Outback. Brought my car in on Saturday for it's first service at 6000 miles. It was nice to drive right in to their service bay and was greeted by a technician Brought my car in on Saturday for it's first service at 6000 miles. It was nice to drive right in to their service bay and was greeted by a technician who welcomed me and showed me to the service desk area. I was greeted by Service Advisor Gordon and I informed him why I was bring in my car and he took all the information. I had planned to use their loaner service, but was told that this service would only take approximately one hour, so I opted to wait for my car. Just after an hour waiting in their new Service facility, which by the way is very nice, clean and very comfortable (free coffee, snacks and WiFi were a plus), Gordon informed me that my service was complete. I finalized the transaction and brought me to my car, which was nicely washed as well. I drove out of their new Service facility happy with the service and the people I met. Thank you Ramsey Subaru for a stress free, enjoyable experience on the service on my vehicle. More
