Came to nj ramsey's brought my car in, checked me in and explained my problem. Later on a few days, informed me of the diagnostics and wasn't expecting it to take a longer period of time. Needed the vehicle to commute to work. Without knowing what service they could offer me, they offered me a loaner car for the time being while my car was in the shop, waiting to be repaired. Astounded and unexpected. Glad I ventured out further to find a great place to service my vehicle. More

Was super appreciative of the loaner car (a nice Crosstrek!) as I can't work without a car. They fixed the issue and even washed it for me! OK service experience left my subaru impreza for an oil change/multi-point inspection; very friendly at drop off; received phone call to confirm car was ready for pick up; left my subaru impreza for an oil change/multi-point inspection; very friendly at drop off; received phone call to confirm car was ready for pick up; picked up car....reviewed the multi point inspection to find that it was recommended that the air filter & cabin air filter be changed within the next 30 days. Wish they had informed me of this recommendation. Definitely don't have the time to go back within 30 days to have these air filters changed. Advice to those using this service center: ask about the inspection so if necessary any additional work can be authorized to be done before you pick up vehicle. More
