Superb Service Department! Ramsey Subaru's Service Department now operates from a "State of the Art" service center, something that I've never experienced before with any other Ramsey Subaru's Service Department now operates from a "State of the Art" service center, something that I've never experienced before with any other car dealership. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by a Service Advisor who utilized iPad technology to check me in & to record any visual body damage on the car. I was then escorted to a customer waiting area that is quite spacious & equipped with comfortable lounge seating, two flat screen tv's (on opposite sides of a wall to create 2 audiences) & a kitchenette equipped with latest coffee/expresso/latte machine, refrigerated water bottles & snacks. Quite a "Man Cave" for waiting your car's return! I appreciated the "Express Service" lane (i.e. no appointment necessary) for my oil/filter change. While I waited, Ramsey Subaru's mechanics also performed a 27-point complimentary inspection which caught a serious issue that I was unaware about. Before leaving, I was able to schedule a 2nd service appointment for the following morning & provided the use of a complimentary loaner vehicle. My car's mechanical problem was resolved within the estimated time period & I was on my way back home by that afternoon without any hassle. More

Best experience buying a car Purchased a 2016 Outback from Chris Wallin. Never pushed us and was extremely knowledgable about the car. There I was lucky to meet Alex Petrushin who was able patiently answer all my questions, understand what kind of car and features I am looking for and show me Subaru Outback. He worked with me on creating a package that was right for me and gave me the right price. While I was waiting for the car (about 2 month) he called from time to time to update the status of the car.
