They ordered the parts, gave me a loaner car, finished repairs (under warranty) and then a blizzard dumped 30 inches of snow the day I was suppose to pick up my car. No problem, Gordon (my service advisor) tells me to come in when I safely can. Three days later I pull up and my car is washed and waiting for me. Can't ask for anything more. Service & staff were all professional and courteous. More
