All of the employees that we have dealt with have been friendly, honest, and accommodating. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. In fact we were encouraged to go to other dealerships when we mentioned that we wanted to test drive another brand. They were that confident that we would be back for the Subaru! We were back within the week and our treatment at this dealership definitely had some sway. I cannot say enough about the service department. Our visits have been for maintenance and one or two minor issues but every time we arrive we are greeted as valued customers by an extremely friendly staff. Everyone, but especially Al Cisneros, greets us with a smile. There are dealerships closer to our home but we will continue to go the extra miles to Ramsey. More

Michael was the only person I dealt with that wasn't flakey. He was the only one who responded to every e-mail and call I placed. He was very prompt, very responsive, and very thorough about answering any question or concern I had. And he provided a very competitive offer. There are three Subaru dealerships closer to my home, but I would recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. More
