Waiting room was nice, people were friendly and and an overall nice experience. Let's be honest. We'd all rather be at the beach on a summer day but if you have to get your car fixed you want it to be speedy, thorough and not break the bank. That's our experience. More

Services Here are Exceptional I didn't buy my car from here but I wouldn't get it services anywhere else. Where I live the two closest locations to me are Ramsey Subaru and Bill Ko I didn't buy my car from here but I wouldn't get it services anywhere else. Where I live the two closest locations to me are Ramsey Subaru and Bill Kolb Jr. I've been to Kolb and trust me, Ramsey really knows how to treat their customers. First off the servicing facility is huge. The staff is super friendly. From the moment I drove my car in, they directed me, assisted me into the lounge and offered refreshments. I was told how long it would take, and on for my recall services I was given a free loaner car. I didn't wash my car much this winter so it didn't look that great when I brought it in, but Ramsey also throws in free car washes. My car came out looking spotless. Even the rims and tires were clean. If you live nearby, it is definitely worth it to take your car here. They know how to take care of your car, keep you informed, and assist you every step of the way. More
