Exceptionaly terrific staff make this a great dealership Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. I shopped at 3 different Subaru dealerships and bought my new Outback at Ramsey even Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. I shopped at 3 different Subaru dealerships and bought my new Outback at Ramsey even though it was 15 miles further away from home then the other two because of the way I was treated right from the first contact through the placing of the order by Alex Petrushin. When I picked up the car Ryan who explained all the buttons and features of the car went out of his way to teach me how to use the GPS system. He set up my phone and contacts, and radio stations as well. I even found it a pleasure to deal with the financial guy and receptionist. Just picked up my Outback LTD. I love it. More

I travel out of my way to go for service to Ramsey Subaru. Everyone listened to my concerns and tried their best to correct the problem. They were courteous and patient. Very accomodating and knowledgeable. I came from out-of-state to purchase a vehicle I had seen online. The dealership did a good job in keeping me informed and accommodating my timeline. There was a minor financing glitch which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Ramsey handled the registration for my state (Virginia) and got my new license plates to me in a timely manner. Our salesman, Michael, was very personable and knowledgeable, and kept the process moving smoothly. The price was reasonable and now I have a car that I love! More
