Imagine a dealer where all departments actually work together?! Imagine getting the best price without having to haggle? Imagine dealing with finance people who don't force extras down your throat? All aspects of our experiences with Ramsey Subaru have taken all of the angst out of car-buying. Did I mention patience? From test-drive to running through gauges, dials and 21st century do-dads, their staff stayed with us until thoroughly satisfied. Having had many Subaru's serviced at Ramsey's service center, I can add that they too are not only easy to work with, accommodating to our off-hours work schedule, quick and honest, they are also nice people. An issue with a title transfer for my trade-in made the process incredibly complicated and long on my end, but I had the extreme fortune of having Paul Moser help me out! Through the whole process he was incredibly patient and helpful, and he really helped reduce the stress of the whole situation. He sold me an amazing vehicle (2016 Outback) and was an absolutely pleasure to work with the whole time. I don’t believe that people often look forward to working with a salesman, but I truly did always look forward to working with Paul. He isn’t pushy, is very well-informed and knowledgeable, and most importantly, is incredibly kind and understanding. The financial advisors at the dealership are also stellar. They hooked me up with some great rates and were able to tailor an extended-warranty package fit for my specific needs. Again, all while not being pushy and just relaying all of the information on their products to help me make an informed decision. I honestly felt like they weren’t trying to sell me things I didn’t need to help them make more commission and instead it felt like they were just making sure I was being taken care of. I didn’t work with any of the other salesmen at the dealership, but every time I went in, I was always greeted with a smile and someone always asked if I needed help. It’s a wonderful dealership. If you haven’t considered buying a Subaru for your next car, you should definitely rethink and give Ramsey a visit. More
