Upfront with every detail of the buying process. Really believes in the product he sells and it shows. Shane in finance went above and beyond to get us a great loan with a reputable local bank and the best possible interest rate. To the vehicle demo team who took over an hour to explain every aspect of the vehicles operation. We have owned 8 cars from 6 different dealerships and Ramsey Subaru took it to a whole new level. Courteous, quick and efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I arrived, my appointment was not on record, so that was disappointing. However, the rep said it I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I arrived, my appointment was not on record, so that was disappointing. However, the rep said it was OK, the car would be serviced anyway. The waiting area was nice, clean and spacious. The service only took about 40 minutes, probably because it was just for a recall replacement of the brake light switch, but they also did a 15 point inspection in that time. The paper record I received was clear and detailed. More
