From initial phone call to completion, they delivered exactly what they promised, on time, at the exact cost. Brought car in for service at my scheduled time of 9:00Am, Tuesday July 21. Got a call 2:30 that afternoon stating service had not yet looked at my car and probably wouldn’t get to It until Thursday 9:00Am, Tuesday July 21. Got a call 2:30 that afternoon stating service had not yet looked at my car and probably wouldn’t get to It until Thursday July 23rd. I was told the service group is very busy. Why didn’t I get a call the day before my scheduled time informing me that service is very busy and that Nissan Ramsey wouldn’t be able to honour my previously scheduled day and time? This is unacceptable. I will no longer consider Nissan Ramsey for buying a car or having a car serviced there. I called another Nissan Service Center to have my car serviced. I asked the receptionist to please call me if they need to cancel my appointment. I was told that when you make an appointment they keep it and it is carved out for me and my car. I prefer to do business in that fashion. That is why I will not be return to the Ramsey location. I would not recommend Nissan Ramsey to anyone. More
I feel like I was given the run around from the start. How did I leave the dealership with a car and yet no loan secured? I was told to come in and resign at a higher interest rate yet lower payment. After the interest rate was incorrect from what I was told on the phone - on the paper because "his finger must have slipped" I started to feel even more uneasy. The reduction of payment was only because the cosmetic insurance I was paying for was removed and I no longer had it . Many other things never pointed out and felt deceived. Was told I could not back out the deal because the registration etc was already done. Asked to speak to a manager and was never able to. We are literally done with Nissan after being customers for six years or so. Sirius was supposed to be included for three months,a minor thing, and a month later when my husband brought it in they activated after I had asked about it that day. I was also told the car was serviced before I purchased and yet the carfax was incorrect and surprise surprise the check oil light and tire light went on a few days ago. (Around one month after I purchased and was also told that the carfax just didn't update yet) You guys did the oil change and whatever else on Monday so I guess that's all I have to say at the moment. I really wish I didn't purchase this vehicle from you because who knows what else I was lied to about. More
