I was referred to this particular dealership during a 1 month trip I had taken to NJ from Florida where I currently reside, by my older sister as she has had good experiences with this location in the past month trip I had taken to NJ from Florida where I currently reside, by my older sister as she has had good experiences with this location in the past and currently owns a Nissan Quest, herself. Carlos was the direct sales individual who handled the entire process of trading my Accord for a 2023 Versa SV. I originally desired the vehicle in the red factory color. They were unavailable at that time. However, Carlos explained to me that it could be ordered. I, then asked for the electric blue as an alternative. The same situation occurred with that color. He did explain to me it came in black, which I could not purchase given the tropical climate and environmental weather conditions in my home state. He offered me the Gray Skyscraper Pearl in the SV model. I was reluctant at first as the color name sounded odd to me, but, his kind nature and professional attention to my own personal needs(A fuel efficient vehicle with extra electronic features than a base model, which was desired and required for my commutes in Florida) allowed me to be opened minded about at least test driving the SV model in that particular color edition. This car was in brand new condition with the wrapping still over the seats. I was the first customer to ever test it with him. Thanks to his recommendation, I actually wound up LOVING the exterior and interior colors of the car even more than the red or electric blue and so do my friends and family. Ultimately, the vehicle was financed and I was explained, by Carlos, how the features the 2023 SV model operate as well as the Apple Car Play. My favorite feature on the car is the large trunk and the Apple Play and he was aware that I like to connect my iPhone 14 to the car for Waze, long trips, and Apple Music. I periodically take trips to and from FL & NJ via car or Auto Train, so, having a comfy, featured equipped car with a large trunk is important to me for luggage storage and easier/ safe driving. Everyone at this dealership location has been warm, professional, reliable, and exceptionally efficient in providing me with a vehicle which is reflective of my needs, both personally & professionally.
