The sales dept is courteous and efficient. The work done well. However, with a degree in Automotive Technology and having serviced my own cars (including many Datsun 510s, Nissan Maximas, Infinity i30s and well. However, with a degree in Automotive Technology and having serviced my own cars (including many Datsun 510s, Nissan Maximas, Infinity i30s and G35s) for 40+ years, I have changed my own McPherson Struts numerous times and given the time (about an hour) and the cost of a KYB strut, the service cost should have been no more than $400 if that. Yet the cost to change one strut was $900. I want my new car warranty to continue and thus paid for the service. But the service cost was plain astronomical. More
