Staff was outstanding, very helpful and understanding, rate them 5 stars. On day purchased car in Jan 2018, pistons rear hatch were broken, hatch would not stay open, especially if cold. Since busy with parent elder care, was long time before brought this up again. I Had to pay to fix it.
