Made me wait over an hour when I had an appt at 12:30pm The Car I purchased was supposed to be detailed the night before but never was and I was charged for the detail in the price After bringing it to the The Car I purchased was supposed to be detailed the night before but never was and I was charged for the detail in the price After bringing it to their attention they said they will reimburse me for the cost of detailing it. Then when finally going to leave noticed the floor mats that were there a few days ago when I 1st looked at the car were missing (they were also listed as included in the price) so now they had to find the missing floor mats which they finally did. Then after starting the car it showed low battery in the keys so now had to go back in once again and have them install new batteries in the keys Now this was a certified car that supposedly has 161 checks prior to sale so how can this happen? So overall it wasn’t an easy pleasant experience at all More
