Came for diagnostics... Left without getting service I got a really bad vibe from this service center. The staff was friendly, but when they called me to tell me what work they recommended, it seemed lik I got a really bad vibe from this service center. The staff was friendly, but when they called me to tell me what work they recommended, it seemed like a lot. Definitely felt like they were throwing random things into the mix without elaborating on why i would proceed with these things, other than "they'll already be in there." I didn't feel like they adequately explained why they were making certain recommendations, and the price for service seemed very high. I ended up going to another mechanic, even though that meant paying $140 for their estimate and recommendations before i walked out the door. It would have been deducted from my service, but i didn't feel like i could proceed in good faith. More

Stopped at the dealership and met Chris Napolitano, Sales Consultant. He was terrific. Attentive, no pressure, and was thoroughly knowledgeable of the product even though it was not a Nissan. The transaction was completed in 40 minutes. I picked the car up 2 days later. Despite a raging thunderstorm, he had the car fully detailed and in the showroom so I could take delivery in dry comfort (yes a Mazda in a Nissan showroom). From start to finish a great experience. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Chris. More
