He took the time to help research the perfect car for us to get most of our wanted features. The sale manager Rich was very helpful as well. He made the negotiations painless and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, in fact, I was very happy with the final price! The finance manager, JR, never pressured me into extra warranties and he never gave me attitude when I declined (which was a wonderful experience as typically, once you say no, the attitudes changes instantly). Usually I dread going into the finance meeting but JR was great. This was not your typical sales experience and I would certainly go to Ramsey Nissan in the future. More
