$900 in, and problem hasn’t been resolved I brought my versa in because of a rattling. I told them a mechanic friend told me that it was the rear springs. I’m no mechanic, and although my friend is good at his job, it’s still the responsibility of dealership to properly diagnose the problem. Not sure how they parked the car out front without noticing the very load sound. I let Alan know about my dissatisfaction, but he dismissed me, blaming my messy trunk as factor in not being able to locate it. This being after he claimed I never brought the car in for a rattle. Shifting blame doesn’t sit well with me. My car 7 years old, next year I think I’ll go for the new mustang, and skip on the Rogue. More
