Prior to my visit, Mr. Hershey contacted me via phone several times to invite me in as my lease was almost up. Once there, he began with trying to “help” me get the car I wanted for new lease. I told him several times to invite me in as my lease was almost up. Once there, he began with trying to “help” me get the car I wanted for new lease. I told him what I was able to spend, knowing my current budget needed to be less than what I had been paying. He agreed and convinced me to go with a rogue sport which is smaller than my previously leased rogue. This is now my fourth car (third lease) from Nissan. One would think Nissan might respect that I a have stayed with them. Mr. Hershey then took my credit card for the deposit. A while later, he returned with the news that my credit was supposedly bad, and I know that is not the case. He gave me the tier I supposedly landed on with Nissan and said I had no other option. Two hours and a half after I started there he said I needed to wait to speak with Mr. Meza. All this time I was there with my 7 year old and not feeling well. I told him I needed to leave as I wasn’t doing well and he said I couldn’t until I met with Mr. Meza. Perhaps, I should’ve left and asked for a refund at that point but he told me that was no longer possible. He had Mr. Meza agree that they would call Nissan headquarters on Monday - Mr. Meza gave me a rather dismissive look and walked away. Once in his office, he had me sign paperwork and unlike previous leases he tossed me the papers rather than even place them in a folder. In return for taking the car at the same rate I paid for the larger rogue, and for 48 month instead of 36 months, Mr. Hershey said “we will toss in all weather mats and 3 ten dollar oil changes”. I have never had to pay for the first three oil changes of a new lease. Mr. Hershey also told me if I call Nissan myself to give them the tier I landed in and at that point gave me a better tier. Had I been lied to about my tier? I have never been so humiliated and intimidated by anyone before. Never had I walked out of Nissan feeling as though my rights had been completely violated. In the past I have recommended that friends buy from Ramsey Nissan, but following this completely awful experience I never will again! This is after almost 10 years going to this dealership with better past experiences. I do not recommend either Mr. Meza or Mr. Hershey. More

Wonderful dealership. Everyone is very courteous and approachable. Maragona was very efficient arranging an appointment for me to take in my lease for a new Rouge. We met with Sales Associate Karan Kama approachable. Maragona was very efficient arranging an appointment for me to take in my lease for a new Rouge. We met with Sales Associate Karan Kamara. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly, He made us feel very comfortable as we discussed the different options available. He worked with us and management to get us the best deal possible. We love our new Rouge and very impressed with the attention we received. More
