Bad experience Received a call from someone in charge of internet sales to come down for an appointment to test drive a Mazda 3. Once I arrived the lady I spoke with introduced me to a different salesperson (Adonis) First impression was that he was new and didn’t know what he was doing because after the introduction I had to do all the talking. We went for a test drive, which he didn’t say anything except where I had to turn and then after returning to the dealership he parked the car and disappeared. After finally returning I informed him I was looking for a red select package, he looked it up on the computer and told me they didn’t have any at the dealership but one was in transit and would be there within the next 2 days and he would call me. He also informed me he couldn’t talk about price because it wasn’t on the lot so we couldn’t work out any details. He never called me , instead I had to reach out to him. Needless to say the red Mazda 3 never arrived after a month of waiting, he never made an effort to find me another car and I ended up going to another dealer 30 miles away which had numerous Mazda 3 select packages on their lot. More

Personal attention from Mark I was not keen on visiting Ramsey Mazda as I have found the sales team to be on the scale somewhere between aloof and arrogant. My experience in Ser I was not keen on visiting Ramsey Mazda as I have found the sales team to be on the scale somewhere between aloof and arrogant. My experience in Service was very different. Words that come to mind are pleasant, polite, attentive, and customer satisfaction oriented. Mark understood my needs very well. The main purpose was to get a recall taken care of, but with Mark's careful guiding questions, I managed to remember every last item, under the hood and all over the car. Getting my car ready for sale, it was helpful to have Mark to talk to about what was important. It took about two hours and the costs came to exactly what we had discussed at the beginning. This is very reassuring, and exactly the point where the sales group at Ramsey Mazda has been irritating in the past. I can recommend the service center as efficient and ready to handle a high volume of customers. More

Met my expectations I happen to hate going to dealers for service because they are on highways and there is nowhere to go if you want to leave while you wait for your ca I happen to hate going to dealers for service because they are on highways and there is nowhere to go if you want to leave while you wait for your car. The man I dealt with was very courteous, and as promised, I owed nothing for the service that was included with my car purchase. I do wish the waiting area was set up differently. Maybe healthier snacks and a simpler to use coffee machine . Also wish service didn’t take so long, but I guess that can’t be helped on a Saturday . My apologies that I cannot remember the name of the man that was there. It was on June 15 at 9 AM if that helps More
