Even though I made an appointment and explained what I needed to be done, when I got there they told me they “probably won’t be able to get to my car today” and may want to make another appointment for a needed to be done, when I got there they told me they “probably won’t be able to get to my car today” and may want to make another appointment for a different day so that I can leave my car. I convinced them to please just try to fix some it the issues as my day / time and arrangements it took to get there was already wasted. I would give a negative stars if I could as there always seems to be an issue. I cringe every time I have to go. More

Absolutely Horrible, we have had our 2019 Jeep Cherokee in there multiple times because it constantly stalls due to oil consumption. When we first bought it they told us it is synthetic oil and to do an o in there multiple times because it constantly stalls due to oil consumption. When we first bought it they told us it is synthetic oil and to do an oil change every 5000-7500 miles. After the 1st oil change they put a sticker on the car for the next oil change to be 5000 miles but the car continued to stall about 3600 miles and we brought it back for service again and they said the dip stick was completely dry due to oil consumption and now they recommend us to do an oil change every 3000 miles and they wanted to charge us $86 for the oil change. If they told us upfront that this car “consumes” oil not burns as they state and we would need to do an oil change every 3000 miles for synthetic we would have never purchased. And to top it off the only thing they could recommend is carry extra oil in the car. How ridiculous is that carry extra oil for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. More
