Awful experience. Effectively stole my money. Reasons for appt were (1) oil change and (2) fix backup camera (which had been installed by different Jeep dealer from whom I purchased vehicle). Rather than imm appt were (1) oil change and (2) fix backup camera (which had been installed by different Jeep dealer from whom I purchased vehicle). Rather than immediately telling me they couldn’t/wouldn’t repair backup camera (‘after-market’, would have to go back to original dealer), they performed 3+ hour service (I waited) and still never told me about camera (found out it wasn’t fixed after I left). I now have to make another appt - would have combined the 2 - and take off more work. Didn’t purchase this vehicle at Ramsey due to horrible sales experience when I previously bought my Grand Cherokee. Now will NEVER be back there for service either. $800 for a wasted day. And staff who took NO responsibility for miscommunication (blamed service guys) - also blamed other staff for giving me someone else’s key after checking out. Zero stars if I could. More
