I met Frank and explained to him the experience I had to date and he promised me that working with him would be painless. He asked me what I was looking for, gave me honest answers about what I could afford in the monthly price range that I wanted to stay at, and didn't waste my time with proposals that were outside of the numbers I asked him to work with. I left with an awesome deal, a Jeep I love and an experience I would and have recommended to anyone I know. I highly recommend purchasing at Ramsey Jeep and working with Frank Carbone! More
Unprofessional and Disrespectful I recently was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. The first day I visited the dealership, salesman Frank Carbone was extremely friendly, accommo I recently was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. The first day I visited the dealership, salesman Frank Carbone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful with showing me what kind of cars they had available which covered my wants and price range. Eventually, I found a car that just got dropped off at the dealership- it wasn't even detailed yet and still had to go through their service check. I told them to please call me when the car was priced and ready to be seen again. Frank followed up a few days later and I went to test drive the car. I then told them that I wished to purchase the car. We set up a deal during which Frank had to continuously go back and forth from his managers to us since it seemed like the managers were just sitting around doing nothing. After handing Frank our credit card to put down a deposit, Frank came back and said that since we couldn't pick up the car until the following week that the deal was off and if the car was still there we could come back and purchase it. Being totally blind sided, we asked why. We were told that because it was the end of the month and the boss wanted to make bonuses on the sales, that we had to pick it up earlier than discussed. After being told such a thing, I demanded to have money taken off of my final price since now they admitted to making a profit off of my sale. They said no. We then had to physically get up to talk to the manager since he didn't bother on coming over and discussing things with us. After a few words, we decided that it wasn't worth our time or money to be treated with such disrespect. Other than our sales man, Frank, the rest of the team was extremely unprofessional, unaccommodating, and rude. I will not return to this dealership for any reason in the future, near or far. More

Went to check out the truck and ran into Gregory Wilson there. From the minute I spoke to him he was honest, up front, and did not try to over sell the vehicle. After the test drive the deal was done. Very respectful and made you feel at home. Highly recommend him and his staff for a new vehicle. More

Perfect Customer Experience First a little background... My wife and I had been to another local Dodge/Chrysler dealership and were less than pleased with the experience. After First a little background... My wife and I had been to another local Dodge/Chrysler dealership and were less than pleased with the experience. After doing some research, we tried Ramsey Dodge/Chrysler and may have found the best dealership in the area. We were immediately greeted at the entrance and directed to sit with Cody our salesman. We explained to Cody that we were interested in either a Grand Caravan or a Town and Country based upon price. He showed us both vehicles and brought us back to work out the numbers. When he asked what kind of payment we were looking for, I directed the conversation back to the price of the vehicle. Cody was very astute and continued the rest of the deal based upon the price of the vehicle rather than the monthly payment. After showing us some figures with his Manager, Jim Turner, we come to an agreement on a Town and Country. This was the best sales experience I have ever had in a dealership. Jim even went down in price to make sure the deal happened. There were no gimmicks or hidden costs. I simply paid my first payment and drove off in a brand new car. More
