Our Salesman John LaFalce was patient and professional while we test drove multiple vehicles. No pressure sales tactics. No good cop bad cop routine. Just straight up sales. Sure they want to sell cars but they also went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was right for us. Just bought so we have not experienced the service center yet so we cannot comment on that department. Overall the dealership was willing to work with us, we never felt uncomfortable and the environment was friendly. Now if they could just do something about the traffic on Rt 17 they would get a perfect 10. But in all fairness we drove past many other dealerships to get to them and they were worth the extra effort. More
