I was ignoredl for information from day 1 to pickup. Chris kept loosing documents I sent, then finally coping documents I brought on day of pickup. He ignored most of my questions. Left me on day of pickup to work with another customer and never even told me who I needed to meet with. A five minute wait went to almost 50 minutes. When I asked someone where Chris was and where l was supposed to go, I was told just wait for Chris. Chris never showed. I had an appointment at New York Hospital and could no longer wait. I have never been so ignored on requests, loss of insurance and previous lease documents sent 4 times and he lost each time. He was the total disrespect for proper customer service. I left because I could not wait or be ignored any more. My name is Lou Trenta and I request a refund of my $2500. deposit. to Louis Trenta Box 1072 Edison, NJ. 08818.. My several phone requests have been ignored, and I was told I lost my deposit. I will file a complaint in NJ. Superior Court for the refund. Please don't make me do this. Thank YOU> Lou Trenta More

Joke of a dealership! Do NOT deal with Steve Ippolito at all. He is a lair and treats people like they are idiots. I went to the dealership on August 01, 2016. Long story short, he approached me with an offer of $42,700. This number was UNDERLINED and he verbally asked me if we had a deal for that amount. I decided that was not the number I wanted to be at and left the dealership. I returned the next day with my father since I thought it would be better to have a second person there. We both spoke to Steve. First he said that yesterday, 8/01, was the last day of the month and would have helped him out a lot. Anyway, He first wrote $42,000.. but then immediately crossed it out. He said that number was not possible and went up to $44,900!! I said what about the original offer yesterday of $42,700?? He said that was NEVER and actual offer and that I must have misheard him. Makes absolutely no sense. The number was written, underlined and he verbally made the offer. Even my father said he was not honest and his reasoning made absolutely no sense. After some back and forth conversations, we both walked out of the dealership. I called the dealership two days after this incident to speak to a sales manager. The manager said he would look into the matter and promised me a call me back. I still have not received a call back to this date. This dealership will not be getting my business.. EVER!! More

Efficient and accurate service I had airbag recall notice and I stopped at Dealership to make an appointment JC was the Service Advisor with whom I made the appointment for the day I had airbag recall notice and I stopped at Dealership to make an appointment JC was the Service Advisor with whom I made the appointment for the day I wished to make the appointment. A loaner vehicle was reserved for the appointment day. I arrived at 7:50 am for my 8am appointment. I completed the paperwork with Joan Murphy and I was driving away from the Dealership at 8:05am. I received a call @ 2pm indicating my service was complete. I returned to the Dealership by 4pm and I drove my vehicle away by 4:07. The process was seamless, efficient, and courteous. The only complaint I will express has to do with fuel in the loaner vehicle. I was advised that the tank was FULL when I was given the vehicle. I checked the fuel gauge when I got into the car and the needle showed just below Full. I assumed the needle was not 100% spot on. When I filled the tank up just prior to returning the vehicle, it took just over 4 gallons of gas, $8 plus dollars. The needle registered PAST the FULL indicator. I drove less than 45 miles that day. Apparently the tank WAS NOT full when I was given the loaner. All in all, I am VERY satisfied with the service I received from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More

My experience with Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge If I were to comment about this auto dealer here's one for you: I’ve bought over 12 cars in my lifetime. My experience with Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge has been over-the-top bad. The Service department is unprofessional. We purchased our 300C here and were entitled to a loaner car. In 10 years with every visit for maintenance there was never a loaner car available. This is just the beginning of the terrible service. On a 1 - 10 scale where 10 = Excellent, I would have to rate this car dealership experience a “minus 2”. My wife really loved her 300C even with all the lies and issues I had deal with at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge over the years. So we found another Dealership, Paramus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram that was a pleasure to buy and follow-up with maintenance of the new 300S we purchased. Go to Paramus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I highly recommend them. More
