Waste of time The sales staff completely wasted my families time. 2 separate salesmen and 3 trips the last of which included myself, my wife, my 3 year old and newb The sales staff completely wasted my families time. 2 separate salesmen and 3 trips the last of which included myself, my wife, my 3 year old and newborn daughter. Both salesmen promised us that they could get us a Pacifica for the price we agreed upon. Once we found the car we wanted and sat down to iron out the details they came back with a payment $100 higher than what we agreed upon. When we voiced our concern Jason Martino, the sales manager, told us to take our business elsewhere. There was no attempt to match competitive offers or to try to keep our business. Complete waste of our time and neither my family or I will ever do business with them. More

Marissa had a contagious energy and spirit and you can tell she loves doing what she does, and she's great at it! Worst service department We brought a 2014 jeep wrangler. A year later the clutch went. We had the gehicle towed to the service dept and had a new clutch put in. A year later We brought a 2014 jeep wrangler. A year later the clutch went. We had the gehicle towed to the service dept and had a new clutch put in. A year later again the clutch went out. We did mlnot tow to them because this was the second time the clutch went out. We took the vehicle to a jeep specialist and when he took a look at the clutch. He saw the clutch was put on wrong which caused it to blow out. The vehicle had thirty thousand highway miles. We took photos and notified tgem of what was discovered. We adk to be reimbursed for the damaged clutch since it was installed incorrectly by their technicians and we were told no. They stated it was impossible for the vehicle to work. But it did wirk not great but we did nit know at the time. You can clearly see the damage was caused by the improper position of the clutch. They are not reputable and are nit taking responsibility for their error. Please stay away from this dealership and Service department. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. The parts are theirs and the know soneone made this mustake and will not compensate us fir a new clutch. We did not ask for anything but reimbursement for a new clutch. They rather loose a customer than take responsibility for a mistake a technician made. I have photos to prove it. But Mark the service foreman made up his mind that there was no way his technician could have made this mistake. Pkease dont get ripped off please go to another dealership for service. They spoke to our nechanic and still were not very helpful in trying to get this taken care of. Beware More
