Planning on stoping at as many dealerships as we could along route 17 on a Saturday afternoon to get the best possible deal we started at Ramsey Jeep Chrysler Dodge . Not only did we start there we ended our search without visiting another dealer. Not because we got lazy but because we got the best deal for our situation from a salesman who totally understood what this father needed for his daughter. Ryan Durocher impressed me from the start. His knowledge of so many diffrent vehicles was unreal. To put me at ease he would start each vehicles description with the safety features and then went to the nonessentials for me but the most essential for her like stereo system mirrors.etc. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and I never had a sale that I can actually remember the salesmans name until now. This was an experience not just a purchase. The dealership has an energy that is shared by everyone. Ryan took the time to introduce us to the other sales and support staff. He did this becausd he understood sometimes my daughter and or I might visit the dealership when he would not be present but still be able to find a familiar face. In doing so that would remove that awkward I dont no what to do feeling. All in all my daughter and I left the dealership feeling like we just spent a few hours visiting with family, She was thriller with the vehicle and this dad left knowing his little girl would be in a safe vehicle, and that he got a deal that fit in to his budget and gained new knowledge of a few diffrent vehicles . I will be back for my Jeep. More

NOT A REPUTABLE DEALER Visited dealer and came close signing a deal. Next day agreed to price over the phone. General manager claimed it was miscommunication between salespeople and manager, but I believe it was done intentionally. More

Tried a Bait and Switch My wife and I told the sales team (Gleana) we would be in the next day to buy a specific car with Alexi . So they of course try and sell you a different car . Typical used car gamesmanship , trying to bait and switch the customer. More
