Terrible check in process The entire check in process was a nightmare. I was unaware that I had to wait online to pull through the garage so parked and went in. I was told of t The entire check in process was a nightmare. I was unaware that I had to wait online to pull through the garage so parked and went in. I was told of the process so I went and got on line. I waited about 30 minutes to get to the garage and then another 20 minutes to actually check in. Nearly an hour to check in for service is entirely too long. I explained that I needed my car back by 2pm for an appointment and was told “I will see what we can do” More
