Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Never a straight answer and False Advertisements. Two appointments, two visits and four different price qoutes and I still didnt get all four tires I needed.. Called Thursday and asked for a Saturda Two appointments, two visits and four different price qoutes and I still didnt get all four tires I needed.. Called Thursday and asked for a Saturday appointment to get four tires replaced: two using road hazard insurance and two direct pay from me. After having my car for about an hour and a half I was told insurance would not pay for any tire because they were all balled (not all four were balled but I'm sure no one bothered to look) and it would cost me about $679 for all four but they couldn't do it anyway because it was too late and they were too busy. I was told if I needed this done I should have come in earlier. Apparently the appointment they gave me at the time they gave me was too late to get tires replaced. On Tuesday car is back. This time only one tire is balled (I guess the other one grew threads over the weekend) so Road hazard would cover one. Okay what's the price for the remaining three? After about almost two hours I get the price; over $700. So on Saturday four tires installed, without road hazard covering anything would cost $679 but today, after road hazard picks up cost of one tire, three tires installed is well over $700? If each tire costs $192 plus taxes and fees and road hazard is picking up one of the tires shouldn't the price drop by over $200? Apparently no because they will not honor their own promotion if one of those tires is being paid for by my insurance company? Doesn't matter that I paid for the additional road hazard insurance and am the owner of that contract, or that all the tires are going on the same car, owned by the same person, registered to the same person, on the exact same invoice and billed at the exact same price... wow talk about false advertising. I have a picture of the promotion..nowhere does it say that to qualify the tires must be paid for with a single source of payment. It does say "talk to your service advisor" though. I guess that's so that they can make up new rules on the spot so that they dont have to honor thier promotions. More

3rd lease from Ramsey Jeep On my third lease with this dealer (first 2 went well) I was mis-informed by both the salesman and the Sales manager which ended up costing me an addi On my third lease with this dealer (first 2 went well) I was mis-informed by both the salesman and the Sales manager which ended up costing me an additional $920 for the lease I turned in to lease a new Jeep. Calls to the sales manager were futile and I fact I never got a return call from them after being told I would be hearing back. Its been over one week and another call and no call back. I very unpleasant experience and I will not be going back to them when I lease my next Jeep. More
