Bait and Switch Would not recommend. Had an agreement in principle for an even trade for a 2016 (leftover) Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. E-mailed back and forth with sales Would not recommend. Had an agreement in principle for an even trade for a 2016 (leftover) Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. E-mailed back and forth with salesman and he spoke to his sales manager who said they could do it, but would, of course, need to see my vehicle first - be he assured me he wouldn't ask me to drive from Mandeville to Gonzales unless he could. I made an appointment and drove out. The Cherokee had 50 miles on it and the performance gauges showed that someone had taken it out to do 0-60 and 1/4 mile test runs. They spent over an hour trying to figure out my trade (despite already having the VIN and pictures from previous email traffic). I asked what the delay was since I thought we were already close and the salesman informed me that the sales manager that had made such an agreement was off for the day, so I had a different one. While I was waiting, I overheard another customer get up and leave because the sales manager was low-balling him $3000 on his trade, so I knew it wasn't looking good. After an hour and a half of waiting, my salesman returned with the numbers. Not only were they not honoring the internet price of the vehicle, they low-balled my trade in value and wanted me to pay $6400. Thank you, Ralph Sellers, for wasting my time with your BS tactics. I can't imagine anyone falls for such nonsense. I do not recommend this dealership. More
