Good but urgent They all seemed to be in a huge rush to get the vehicle sold. They tried to talk us into purchasing one of the more expensive packages, which is under They all seemed to be in a huge rush to get the vehicle sold. They tried to talk us into purchasing one of the more expensive packages, which is understandable seeing as its more profit but I clearly stated what I wanted. When told we were still going to look at some others they tried to push paperwork and allow a "deposit" to be made on the vehicle to ensure it would still be there when I came back. Although thoughtful, they definitely seemed a bit overwhelming and if it were not for their low prices, we probably would've chosen another dealer. More

I told Mary Porter what I wanted...she called me back and gave me a price on a car with the features I asked for. I drove over to Ralph Sellers after work to meet with Mary...I liked the car, drove it and bought it. Only thing I'm disappointed with is I did not want to finance the car, but didn't have my checkbook with me. I was told that I should finance it and just pay it off when I receive the paperwork from Hyundai Finance. I realized the next day that I would not have a clear title and called to see if it was too late to cancel the financing and pay for it, but was told it was too late. I'm waiting on the paperwork to pay it off and will be very disappointed if I end up with finance charges. More
