Great experience at Ralph Hayes Toyota After an extensive search for a Honda Element for my wife (she loves the design of this vehicle), and going to multiple other dealerships in search of After an extensive search for a Honda Element for my wife (she loves the design of this vehicle), and going to multiple other dealerships in search of a clean used car, including Carmax, we fortuitously ended up at Ralph Hayes Toyota. There we met with Stanley L. Hill, and we immediately liked him. No pressure. The car he had for sale was in superior condition to any we had seen before, and was priced below the competition. Not dramatically less, but still less. The car had 25K miles less than its nearest competitor in quality and price. But what really sold us on the car was working with Mr. Hill. He made it a pleasure to examine the car, and even after we decided to buy it, he kept doing extra things to have the car double checked and further cleaned (it was in show room condition as far as we could tell, but some of the trim was not sufficiently spotless for Mr. Hill ... and this was all after we said we would take the car). The whole experience was positive. The car is warrantied for 30 days and 1K miles after we drove it off the lot (same as Carmax), and the price was very fair. Based on our experience, I would recommend Ralph Hayes Toyota in Anderson if you are looking for a used car, and I would highly recommend working with salesman Stanley L. Hill.
