Awesome Experience!! I'm usually skeptical about buying cars due to the expected overbearing salesperson and the long, arduous, drawn out purchase process. However, that was certainly not the case with Bridget at Ralph Hayes Toyota. The entire purchase process was outstanding. Bridget was very knowledgeable about the car and knew exactly what I wanted! She presented me with a vehicle that was much better than I could have anticipated. Her sales approach and demeanor was wonderful. She kept my informed throughout the entire process. From the trade, to the numbers, to the financing, she was there throughout it all. Rich got the numbers where I liked them, and Stan got the financing where it was affordable. While I was sitting in financing, Bridget took the extra effort to transfer my license plate from my old vehicle and had my new car washed before I drove it off the lot. The experience was stress-free and refreshing. I would definitely recommend Bridget to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle!! More
