Ladies beware Women and single ladies beware!! My mom has been taking her car to Ralph Hayes Toyota of Anderson since 2008, I am not sure what has changed but I ca Women and single ladies beware!! My mom has been taking her car to Ralph Hayes Toyota of Anderson since 2008, I am not sure what has changed but I can tell you that the service department and Scott the assistant service manager have truly ripped my mom off. I do not get involved in my moms situations unless she comes to me. This time she came to me with the workmanship of the service department. After looking into the situation I called Scott ( service assistant manager)myself and explained the concern my mom had, which went nowhere. After having to return the car for the 4th time I called Scott again and shared my thoughts about his department not connecting the brake or hazard lights and calling my mom Saturday to tell her to come get it because it was ready of coarse he tried to skirt the real issue( his department missed something and cost my mom more money than needed and not to mention the time and gas since we live 42 minutes away )pass the blame on another lady that works under him, being to busy, and even lied about my mom. I asked for him to talk it over with the top manager and let me know the managers thoughts when we picked the car up today, his response, "I've been to busy and haven't had time", I said thank you. My mom then turns to him and let's him know that she in fact did not bring the car early she had an appointment, that was the lie he told on my mom so she addressed him, he said he was confused that day and was trying to learn a new pad system they had. Grow a set man admit when your customer service needs serious help! I will encourage my mom to take her car somewhere else, they will NOT take advantage of her again! More

Took the truck back to them every 6 mon I bought a Toyota Tacoma from Ralph Hayes Toyota back in 2013 and got a great deal and was treated very well. Took the truck back to them every 6 months for service and the service department was of the same high standard. Decided to trade the Tacoma in for a 4 Runner and had the luck to deal with Bill Berry. He is a young man that really knows the product inside and out. I am a bit of gear-head from way back, and he knew every detail of all the modern features, both the creature comforts inside the vehicle and all of the mechanical aspects as well. Very polite and respectful, a pleasure to deal with and a real stand out in my opinion as a salesperson. In this modern era where customer service and salesmanship are generally lacking, Ralph Hayes Toyota is the place to go for a top notch experience all around. More
