I had a problem - a flat tire with a screw in the tire. Within 20 minutes of the call to Roadside service, the service attendant arrived at my garage. After filling the tire with air, Roadside Assistance followed me to Rallye to assure that I would arrive safely. Without an appointment, after about 20 minutes I was directed to John Cicolletti. He devoted his full attention to my problem. When learning that I would be able to wait for about an hour, he assured me that the tire would be replaced within that time. He was true to his word. During my initial sit down with John at his desk, he apologized for having to take a short phone call. He was dealing with a devastating flood condition in his home and was somewhat overwhelmed by it. Having had a similar experience several years ago, I fully understood the challenge he was dealing with. What impressed me the most about John was that, despite his own serious issue, he did not for a single second lose attention for my problem, or his commitment to me as a customer of Rallye. Let me tell you something. I retired from one of the largest corporations in the world. You can't make or buy employees like John Cicolletti. He is an outstanding representative of Rallye Motors. More

A pleasure to bring your car in for service. Service reps are friendly and very helpful. The customer waiting area has all the amenities that you would want if you are waiting for your car. Started out great. Ramiro took down all my information, went over my concerns. However, don't understand why rusted lug nuts are covered with wheel coverage, and the rusted wheel locks are not covered(?). went over my concerns. I apologized for the car not being washed, and was assured by Ramiro, it gets done after service....No, not completely. I still couldn't see out the back window, and the bird poop was still there. I pointed it out to the man who brought me my car, who told me the car was washed(?). I popped the hatch to put in some groceries, and the piece covering the spare was still up, which had to be rearranged. They didn't need to unlock the wheels, so I don't know why it was up. Needed to make a phone call, and I kept getting 'No Service" on the display; something got rearranged, when they were checking volume on the Bluetooth. Finally figured it out...after calling Verizon twice. Last, but not least, the best part of my visit, was the young man, whose card I didn't take, who got me set up with the loaner car. I got the best car, I ever got from Rallye, and he even let me know, I didn't have to put gas in it, as long as it was at a quarter tank when returned, but I did anyway. Oh, just so you know, I was transferred a couple times, as I was trying to find out his name (for this survey), and I did let everyone know who I spoke to, it was for the survey, and it was complimentary - no one took the time to find out, who he was. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience...but it is Mercedes, and I think, we expect more. Sincerely, Barbara Burgess More

Kenny was and always is very knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone should be more like Kenny! The only problem we had was that I had to wait for about twenty minutes before I was able to be seen. This was my first service appointment at Rallye - I didn't have high expectations because my last two cars (BMW's from Hassel BMW were nightmares when it came to service. At Hassel BMW the car was never done when promised, leaving the car for service took no less than 45 minutes, getting an appointment, let alone a loaner car was impossible so when I called Rallye I was so pleasantly surprised! I got an appointment 2 days from my call, they gave me a wonderful choice of loaner cars - the people at the service department were so nice, funny, friendly, I just can't say enough about them - they were wonderful. The loaner car was clean, the service was done and my car was ready when promised. They even washed it! I have recommended Rallye to so many people because they offer great prices, now I know they offer great service! I was pleasantly surprised, I am happy I just got a second Mercedes from Rallye - it's car shopping and servicing the way it should be! More
I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and the transmission didn't feel right. Joe, my service rep told me he would make sure my car was fixed ASAP.
