I brought my older model 1995 mercedes C class in for service, the car needed work to get it started and back on the road safely. The result is the car is now running great after the job was complete, the engine is smooth and the car handles fantastic. My advisor was patient and fielded all my questions and calls and could nto be more helpful. I am a professional in a high end service business for 30 years and I was totally satisfied. I can be extremely detailed and picky when it comes to service and business and I feel Ralleye did right by me. I will continue to to use Ralleye for service and for my next purchase. Rob Carlson is a huge asset to Rallye. I am very happy with the service but very unhappy with the product. the car is one year old and i have had to replace three out of four tires already. this is my fif with the service but very unhappy with the product. the car is one year old and i have had to replace three out of four tires already. this is my fifth car from mercedes and will be my last. the cheap tires are rediculous on a car payment that is over a $1000 per month. you should be ashamed at such a poor product. i have heard the same complaint from several people. In the last three years we have purchased two Mercedes cars from you. One, the SL550 has had problems and the maintenance department is doing a crappy job. We had rain water seeping in the trunk and we ha cars from you. One, the SL550 has had problems and the maintenance department is doing a crappy job. We had rain water seeping in the trunk and we had the car serviced in October. We were told all checked out ok and that the car was tested and was water proof. Last week we had a pool of water in the trunk! So much for the exhaustive testing done in October! Obviously we are rather displeased and upset since the car had started to meldew and the internal humidity factor created ice on the INSIDE windows when the outside temperature fell below freezing at night. Furthermore the electronics, such as the radio was malfunctioning. Brought the car back and showed the problems and the standing water in the trunk. We picked the car yesterday and we were promised all was ok and were showed the parts that were replaced in the trunk. Time will tell if all is ok however when I inspected the car before driving away, I noticed that the front top rubber seal above the front windshield shows cracks and I shared my concern that for a car that is only 4 years old it did not seem right. Since the car is still under warranty and I am afraid that those cracks eventually will let rainwater inside resulting in interior damage, I suggested to Di Gregorio that the seal should be replaced. He declined saying that unless there was a failure they could not touch it and that, in any case, it would be up to the Foreman to make that decision. Interestingly, when I asked Di Gregorio to get the Foreman to discuss the problem, the Foreman came out and before I could even state what the problem was, he said "No we cannot replace that". Obviously prompted by Di Gregorio. The Foreman said that if there was no obvious failure then Mercedes Benz would not pay for the work therefore no dice. Now I question the amount of money that it would cost you to replace that one strip of rubber. 15 minutes of manpower? $20 dollars in parts? I can tell you with certainty that it is going to cost you a lot more than that because I am an unhappy customer about having to bring the car in twice for the same problem, and I do not do repeat business with people that give me shabby service and lack of good customer manners. I would also be interested in knowing what does the management do about mechanics that say they fixed problems and didn't? Perhaps you want to think about this: the person who worked on the car in October is causing you to lose a customer together with the lack of customer care displayed by your Foreman. I always get the best service at Rallye. It is very easy to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able t to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able to call ahead, bring my car in and wait for the repair. I do A LOT of driving, and I always have peace of mind that my car is in perfect shape. I feel like I am in "VERY GOOD HANDS" at Rallye. My service advisor, John Ciccotelli is extremely competent and an overall great guy! John and the whole Rallye team is always there to help me. I HIGHLY recommend Rallye! More
