My experience at Rallye with Mike was great. I have used several of your reps in the past and I was just about to "change" when I was referred to Mike. I have worked with Mike on my last several visits to several of your reps in the past and I was just about to "change" when I was referred to Mike. I have worked with Mike on my last several visits to Rallye for service. In fact, he is the reason I still visit Rallye for service. In my opinion, he is an asset to Rallye. He could not have been more professional or courteous. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that the service he provides is nothing short of excellence. He is a pleasure to work with. More
There seems to be changes in the level of service. I used work with Dannny for the first 4 years and the level of service I received was excellent. Danny made me feel like I was in good hands. Sinces Danny left I have been handed off to three different people. During my last visit the service advisor left the next day and I had to explain my situation again to a new service advisor. What I am really upset about is this is the second time my car was being serviced for the same problem. The first time back on Dec 29, 2011 the service center said needed an ESP Control Module, a battery and other sensors which cost me about $2,400.00. A few weeks later the same exact problem was back!!!! During this visit the service center kept my car about 4-5 days and never explained what they fixed. I just received a call that my call was fix and to pick it up. I picked up the car and everything appears to be working at this time. I wonder what was wrong with it to begin with. Did I really need a new ESP Control Module, a battery and other sensor's back in Dec 2011 or was there something else wrong which the service center was embarrassed to discuss with me. I am beginning to feel uncomfortable at this time. I was advised that my car will eventually need a new front axle and spindles which is expensive. I plan to bring the car to a different service center to find out if in fact this is the case. I never felt this way before but given my recent experience I believe I have a reasonable concern for causion with your service center. My associate Barry Spilka sold me this car about 4 1/2 years ago and suggested that I continue using your service center as he felt that the level of service at you dealership was excellent. Please keep in mind that my car has approximately 34,000 miles, I bring it in for service as required and kept it in my garage. I don't understand any car with so few miles, which is properly maintained can have so many problems. Sincerely Howard A. Ainbinder More

I'd like to say also I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the service department now...from the men who first greet you and appoint a parking spot, to the young men who open the door, take the keys, to Doreen, (I believe I have her name correctly), at the reception desk, to meeting up w/Kenny....ALL have a smile and a friendly greeting....(I did think it strange, however, all of these folks on the "lower level" of photos on the wall, or not even up there at all were in the above category....however, one man walked by looking like he was angry w/the world and didn't utter a word, and yet he was one of the four gentlemen in the "top level" of photos!!!! As I explained to one of your mechanics while waiting for Kenny....I taught school for 28 yrs., and was always friendly w/the person I thought REALLY ran the operation...no, not the principal, but the Custodian! It's usually the people on the lower end of the ladder who realize the importance of the client!!! However, this one person's attitude did NOT deter me, nor has he, from the excellent grades and kudos I'm extending to your Service Department. Keep up the good work! Mary A. Ruschin :) More
Service Center was phenomenal and clean. I was able to use the computers and watch tv to pass the time which wasn't that long. My service agent was kind, nice and kept me apprised at all times. Rallye Motors of Roslyn, NY is a first class operation from start to finish. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years and I cannot praise my experience with them anyway but great. The ease of parking is superior whether its for sales or service. I am always greeted with a warm friendly welcome by the Tech person who directs me to the right place. The reception is warm and friendly in a well appointed reception area. The light airy design of the modern recently renovated service department is beautiful and comfortable. My Service Advisor, Russ Cagarli, and my Salesman, Jerry Sherry always greets me by name and make me feel like a valued appreciated client. A visit to this dealership is like a visit with good friends. The waiting area is neat and well decorated with Hi Tech equipment for WiFI available is well thought out . The refreshment area is well stocked and kept clean and inviting. My Car is returned to me washed and in tip top condition. I am always pleased with the service at Rallye. When I pulled into the service area, I was immediately greeted when I got out of my car and when I entered into the service building, Rob was there waiting pulled into the service area, I was immediately greeted when I got out of my car and when I entered into the service building, Rob was there waiting for me with my paperwork. Rob and I spoke about the issues with the car, and the services I needed performed. Once done, I was quickly given a loaner, a GLK. When Rob called me a few hours later to tell me my car needed to stay overnight, I came back in to change my loaner to a more gas friendly car and this was no issue for the people at Rallye. They were kind and understanding. Rob called me on a daily basis to let me know the status of my car, and even when he was out of the office, he had someone call me to give me an update. When I finally picked up my car a few days later, it was clean and good as new. I also noticed that they painted over a small ding in my bumper, which I knew was there but hadn't even requested that they cover. I was quite pleased not just with the work on the car, but also with the customer service provided. I can't imagine going any place else to have my C class services.
