The experience to bring a car into service was seamless. Friendly, accommodating and there was no tensio to either dropping off the car or picking it up. We were asked to wait by the receptionist and feel free to browse a salesman would be with us shortly. After browsing and waiting and waiting and waiting, were virtually invisable and ignored until we de to browse a salesman would be with us shortly.
