All the people Imencounterd on my visit were super.Lou Vereeosa who made the appointment and Rob Carlson who was, my Rep, we're the usual friendly efficient people. Service was good overall. New rear brake pads installed as needed. Ken was very nice in trying to expedite my car wash, but the reason I gave a "good" instead of "great" rating is that after paying for my as needed. Other than that, the only thing I would like to see is some discounts for service. I am constantly getting $1,000 service cards or $50.00 credits from both Smithtown and Helms Brothers, but never from Rallye. That is my only disappointment. Sincerely, Cecilia Mone More
I was pretty much set on leasing my next vehicle with a leasing company and decided to give Rallye Motors a shot since I had seen an advertisement in the newspaper. Rallye Motors family welcomed me in and were very accommodating. All of the employees at Rallye, especially Tom Walton, my dealer, were a delight to work with. Tom Walton took me in and guided me to a car that best fit my needs, expectations, but most of all my budget. Tom did not try to sell me a car just to make a quick buck, but rather listened to my thoughts and wanted and gave me the best, but most importantly, honest advice. Where do I start...My husband and I were very lucky that late September day in 2011 when we went to Rallye to see the new C class 300 series. We were greeted by LOU VERDEROSA . I told him I was just looking,and he showed me what they had in stock so far and what was coming in early October. He was patient,very helpful "telling" me what I should be looking for as far as extras...not just "selling" me the car. I didn't want GPS...I told him I only drive 3 miles to work. He is quite funny too..he said there might be a different route. When a car arrived in October he called me and said I think I have the car you are looking for. No pressure..no calling me every day...no annoying sale tactics. He called Oct 19 ...I picked up my 300 C 4 matic Oct 25,2011. Now here is the part that makes him unique !! I needed some information about my car 6 months AFTER I picked up my new car.HE called me the very next day trying to help me out ..and said he was sorry it took so long. He is a plus for Rallye Motors. My first Benz was purchased at Rallye...never got a single email..never got a call.I was just a customer,who bought a car,now we can forget you.. NOT WITH LOU !! He called and chatted like we were friends ..not customer and salesman. He is great...great experience...I hope Lou is at Rallye when I need to trade this car in and buy another. No other salesman will do ! More
My service advisor, Stephen Augustine was great - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Making an appointment was quick and having a service loaner was helpful. I am sorry to say that in prior years, I stopped being a Mercedes owner because of how difficult it was to get a service appointment and how I dreaded dealing with the service department. Now, everything has changed and it is a pleasure dealing with Rallye. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and said hello -- a tremendous improvement. Again, my service advisor was wonderful! I just purchased a new 2012 Meredes e350 from Dave Banco of Rallye Motors. The car is fabulous, the price was great and Dave made the whole process a genuine pleasure. I purchased a cpo c63 from Jerry Merlo. Jerry was great to deal with and very friendly. He gave me a great price on the C63 and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was not push to deal with and very friendly. He gave me a great price on the C63 and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was not pushy nor was he aggressive in selling me the car. When Jerry was not available to help me (he was off that day) with questions and test driving the car, Victor Cosme was as accommodating as Jerry Merlo. Surprisingly, Victor already new about my visits and arrangements with Jerry which made me feel more comfortable and at ease. The day of pick up was very quick and smooth. Jerry had all the paperwork ready for me and there were no surprises at the end. Everything that was discussed with Jerry and Eric Weiner (finance guy, really nice guy also) was what it was. Upon handing the keys to me Jerry said "if there is anything...i mean anything you are unhappy with the car or something you are not comfortable with please call me right away..." I said thank you and took my car. On my drive home I realized that the check engine light came on, I was not alarmed as I am a automotive technician myself and did not experience any abnormality in the performance. I also notice that the center air vents were not operating properly. The next day I called Jerry and told him of my situation and he immediately set up a service appointment with the service department the following business day. Jerry did not even question anything I said... rather he was proactive and responsive to my needs. I bought the car into service where I was immediately greeted by the car porters who put out paper floor mats on the floor as soon as they took my keys. I walked into the service department and spoke to Stephen Augustine who was also very friendly and helpful. We went over my situation, he gave me a loaner and off I went. I picked up the car the following day and everything was fixed! The Team at Rallye Mercedes is great!!! They are all extremely friendly and cordial. From the sales guys to finance guys to service advisors to the car porters. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes. Also, the dealership itself is really nice. Thanks a lot guys!!!! More
