Joe was friendly,polite and after some small talk most helpful with the issue of the car repair required. The price was acceptable and I did not have to resort to M.B. National for support in a price adjustment, something I had to do several times over the years when a repair estimate ran between one and two thousand dollars. I have used Rallye Service for a number of years and their people and service are great so I came back to this dealership for my newest car. I had bought from Rallye in 1997, 2001 and 2004, but then mo their people and service are great so I came back to this dealership for my newest car. I had bought from Rallye in 1997, 2001 and 2004, but then moved to a dealership closer to my house. The service at Rallye is superb and I decided to buy a 2012 from them. They were courteous, informed, thorough and gave me a very good price on my trade-in. The sales person informed me of all packages, options and deals available. The business manager was helpful and co-operative. All paperwork was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my new car promptly. I am thrilled with my 2012 ML 350 and with my entire experience at Rallye Mercedes. More

This was an emergency visit to repair/replace a flat tire. Upon arrival I informed your staff that I did not buy the car from Rally - yet they treated me like a king. Joseph DiGregorio and the service valet should be commended for providing EXCELLENT service. They treated my wife and I like we were the most important people in the office. Because of them I will now have my Mercedes serviced at Rally and when I'm ready to purchase another Mercedes it will be from Rally. Keep up the good work!! More
