I was able to get the appointment that I wanted at the time I wanted. Vehicle was done quickly. I was able to get a loaner car quickly in order to carry out my buisness for the day. I went in last saturday afternoon to just get some prices and we walked out with leasing a brand new ML. My mother came along with me, but id like to also mention that my mother has been a loyal lexus owner and we walked out with leasing a brand new ML. My mother came along with me, but id like to also mention that my mother has been a loyal lexus owner for almost 20 years so needless to say she wasn't very comfortable walking in here to begin with. We didnt have an appointment but we were seen within minutes. Larry was so kind, patient and personable. he was very honest with the pricing and took his time with us. he did not make us feel like if we weren't going to get a car he was going to rush us out like some dealers can (audi, which is just a few minutes away). So we made the deal on Saturday the 4th of Feb and was ready to be picked up on that Tuesday the 7th! Larry came out and showed us what every little button in the car does. I was so fearful of coming in to Rallye Mercedes because I owned a 2007 Jeep that I was still financing and did not think the dealership would take it off my hands without a large financial responsibility o I owned a 2007 Jeep that I was still financing and did not think the dealership would take it off my hands without a large financial responsibility on my part or be made to feel uncomfortable and say that they could not help me. Mr. Walton was absolutely amazing, he was honest and so knowledgable and made my entire experience quick, painless and more importantly, a positive one. I left with a brand new lease in less than an hour and was pleasantly surprised and happy. Everyone at Rallye was very warm, welcoming and very helpful. I am ALWAYS pleased with the level of service I receive at Rallye, both in service and body shop departments. Two employees that are head above everyone else are Rob Carlson and John Kunar, they probably are the real reason I am that pleased with Rallye. They both have gone above and beyond throughout the years and it is rare in a service business to have such valued employees - please make certain to acknowledge that - they truly are an asset!!
