Greeted very pleasantly as I pulled in and directed where I should go by a very cordial young man. Once inside I was told I was next to see my Service Adviser, Mr. Vachris. I had two tires blow out on my car on an unpaved road (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home as it was dark. I called roadside the following morning and they dispatched a tow truck to pick up my car. It was brought to Rallye where the vehicle was purchased (sales people are amazing, too!). When the car was dropped off, I was immediately contacted by the service dept and they informed me they had the tires. They also told me if the car could not be fixed by 3:30, they would arrange a loaner vehicle. Within two hours the tires were replaced and arrangements were made for me to pick up the car in the sales showroom if I was not able to get to the service dept prior to closing. (It was a Saturday and they closed at 4pm). I was without my car for less than three hours. The service dept went above and beyond to replace the tires and make sure my rims were not damaged. Great experience, as usual. Rallye is the epitome of professionalism on every level. More
