Roadside came, issued us a loaner and ultimately, I was able to get into a new car based on the repeated service issues my vehicle had. I don't expect any luxury car to be perfect. They have a lot electronics which can become defective at any moment. The EXPERIENCE from Lisa and the service management team (Charlie & Keith) was fantastic. Anyone can sell you a car, but great service and a pleasant experience when you are frustrated and having problems is hard to find. The following morning, I called Rallye Motors and spoke with Shaun Weissman who went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule. I arrived at the Service Department at the allotted time, and I was wiling to wait as long as necessary to have them look at our vehicle. My son and I did some "window shopping" in the showroom while we were waiting. Vincent was very helpful and arranged to have the vehicle ready in time so that I could pickup our youngest child from the bus stop. Everyone was amazing and we were very happy with the treatment that we received! More
